It was clean and fresh. Beds and pillows were comfortable
The dress code should be explained upon arrival. We didn’t realize and were turned away to then have to find alternate plans. We didn’t sleep do to the bright blue flashing light under the thermostat. We like the dark so sleeping for us was horrible.

Best Hotel I ever stayed. Updated and modern rooms. The rooftop lounge was beautiful and was definitely a vibe. and restaurant and bar was a plus. My son had a baseball showcase, so this was a last-minute reservation, but I'll be back just to stay at the hotel and rooftop lounge as a getaway

Parking. There should be parking reserved for those staying at the hotel. I had to park by the restaurant instead of the hotel..

I was refused the booked room and was offered a different (special abled) category. The approach was take it or leave it and it didnt bother them that it was a mistake which either they should rectify or request me to consider the alternate option.

We loved everything! We stayed and celebrated our 20 yr wedding anniversary there. Check-in with the app and getting keys at the hotel was a breeze, the receptionist was very nice and had us on our way quickly. The hotel us beautiful, it is an AC design after all. The patio by the first floor bar was amazing and it was a cool, rainy evening so they had the fire pit going. The hotel is super clean, modern and sleek. The room was large, super comfy king size bed and beautiful, modern, clean bathroom. Loved the robe!!
We had dinner and drinks at The Bradford rooftop bar, also a very nice experience.
Wish they had room service as everything in the room menu looked delish, but this isnt really a complaint...just a wish.

It was beautiful clean and had enough amenities to keep us busy. Breakfast was great the servers were amazing, but be aware you have to pay $18 for it. I liked that there was a bar and restaurant in the actual hotel. But the check in person told me nothing about them such as when they open, age limit, dress code, etc so I didn't go. But it looked intriguing from the outside.
The billing threw me off so I wasn't able to enjoy myself at first. They charged me upfront for everything plus possible damages then adjusted after I checked out which was strange. Made me feel that it was because I looked young and brown. They should not have disguised that fact in the small print because it is at the hotels discretion to do that but it made me feel singled out.
