Felt more modern than the photos look. Lovely welcome basket upon arrival! Perfect amount of space for a couple, not directly in town but easy walking distance and more peaceful as a result.
Not much info from the owner - FYI parking and entrance is behind the property, not well signposted

The location and the view from our room .The welcome pack water wine and treats.The hosts are only on the top floor .The room was lovely and clean bedding and towels changed regularly .

Lovely, quiet apartment, very simple layout, air conditioning, small kitchen but perfect for our requirements and only 100m from the sea.

Beautiful apartment in centre of Aiga Effima. it felt like our own home for 5 nights. Our own parking space, a sea view & everything you could need. Dionisis and his family are so kind, they left us welcome gifts and helped us with a clothes dryer after we washed our clothes. We recommend highly to anyone staying in Aiga Effima.

Spotless, spacious apartment in a beautiful small village with restaurants and beaches in east walking distance Kind hosts (offered to do our laundry at no charge). Extremely reasonable price.
Mattress could be more comfortable. Everything else was perfect!

Lovely studio apartment, very well equipped for it's size. Nice balcony with table and chairs and a washing line and pegs. Plentiful sockets to charge phones etc, air con and a TV too. Shower pressure was good and towels and sheets changed every 2-3 days. Parking space provided per apartment. Good location for both Agia Efimia and to visit the rest of Kefalonia.

Apartment with two bedrooms and large living room, first floor, clean and comfortable, two balconies, one with sea view, reserved parking place, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen . Excellent value for money.

We had a fantastic stay! Great location with a small beach very close to the apartment. Super easy parking with your own spot for the entire stay. The view is amazing. Very clean and the owner and his family are super friendly. We will be back for sure. Thank you

Great location, 2 minute walk down to rocky / pebble sea front. Close to town and nearby tavernas. Harbour 5 minutes walk, with boat trips & self drive boat hire available. Central location on the island. Quiet with no through traffic. Room cleaned daily, toilet rolls provided.

Myrtos is a very well furnished apartment with everything you need. The view is beautiful and the complex is 100 meters from a very nice beach. The host is very helpful and full of advice for a better stay in Kefalonia.

We stayed in apartment 2, it was spacious enough for a couple and had an amazing view of the sea. The parking was convenient and the apartments are located perfectly for exploring Agia Efimia and close to several amazing restaurants (we ate at Sea Rock WS and Amalia, both amazing food with great staff, the first is a bit more elaborate, the second cheaper but still delicious). It's the perfect place to stay to explore the northern part of the island. We also rented a boat and the hosts let us borrow two cool boxes to take food and drinks with us. Very friendly and accommodating, and our room was tidied every day.

Excellent location, in between Agia Effimia harbour and the small beaches directly north. Also, very lovely and helpful hosts - the family lives upstairs in one of the rooms and thus are always available if you have any questions or requests.

Cleaning of the rooms is really accurate.
The structure is located in a perfect position with a super sea view, good parking space, close to main restaurants and bars.

Kiki, Makis and Dionisis created a warm hearted, beautiful, lovely and really clean accommodation.
They helped us with every little need and recommend us nice places and activities around Kefalonia.
The parking spots with shadow and the good working wi-fi are very comfortable features aswell. Nearby we explore little beaches, where the ocean is sometimes as quiet as a lake. In the surroundings we enjoyed really the good restaurants and a delicious bakery. Great place to stay as a base to check out the whole beautiful island!
