Dieses Haus liegt in der malerischen Beachwalk Lane und ist zentral zwischen dem Michigansee und dem Beachwalk Community Pool gelegen. Es hat viel zu bieten. Es gibt viele abgeschirmte Veranden und eine Sonnenterrasse im zweiten Stock bietet noch mehr Platz im Freien. Getaway bietet auch eine Feuerstelle mit Sitzgelegenheiten, die sich perfekt zum abendlichen Erzählen von Geschichten mit der Familie eignet.
Die Hauptebene bietet ein großes Wohnzimmer, in dem Sie nach einem sonnigen Tag mit der Familie entspannen oder abends am Kamin entspannen können. Die voll ausgestattete Pantryküche eignet sich auch hervorragend zum Kochen und Verweilen mit der ganzen Familie. Sie finden auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe sowie eine Gästetoilette mit einfachem Zugang, die sich hervorragend für ein schnelles Ein- und Aussteigen mit sandigen Füßen eignet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett befindet sich ebenfalls im ersten Stock und verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer.

This lovely house was perfect for our week away from home. A block away from the boardwalk leading to the beach and practically right next door to the pool and other amazing amenities. The house had everything we could need including beach chairs, sand toys, a lily pad and more! We grilled out each evening and enjoyed the firepit out front. I highly recommend this fab little getaway!

Our group of 7 old and dear friends had been meeting for nearly 25 years(until Covid) and spending a week together at the beach. Our 60th Elston High School reunion was in September, along with our long awaited week together. Getaway was new for us and it fulfilled every wish we had for our "last hurrah" together. We are 78 now and have medical issues, which make it increasingly difficult to plan a week in the future. We were delighted with our cottage and enjoyed our stay immensely. The fire pit was such a treat! Other past rentals did not have one...even though we never had a fire, being able to sit around in the circle and see the faces of all our dear women friends was magical:) We hosted a get together for our local friends and Getaway proved perfect for our gathering. Lastly, parking was great! Two spaces in the front and two in the back served us well. I.personally, need to thank the Beachwalk staff at the front office and the maintenance folks....always professional, informative, helpful and very fun:) Many thanks!!

Our vacation rental was a wonderful house. The home had lots of seating and very good kitchen supplies. The owners provided chairs and all kinds of beach equipment. The only improvement would be a new shower door on the main level hall bathroom as it’s very difficult to use that shower.

Overall we had a great time at The Get Away. The home has a nice layout , and is well stocked with everything that you will need for your stay. The home is in need of some repairs. All the screens are ripped on the porch as well as the doors do not close to keep the bugs out. The master bath is desperate need of an update. The master sheets are to small for the bed, and will not stay on. All the pillows in the home are very cheep. I feel when renting a beach home for the price I paid it would have better quality beds and bedding. Over all we did enjoy the home

We had a great stay at the Getaway. The property itself was a great space for our family to utilize and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The provided beach items were an awesome addition to making our stay better. The house itself was clean and well taken care of. We will be returning in the future after having such a great stay. Shoreline Brewery and El Cajete were excellent choices for dinner.

This house was perfect for our needs! It had lots of space to spend time with family. Loved all the extras this property had, like a fully stocked kitchen, fun stuff for the beach and pool, scooters for the kids. Wish the bathrooms were a bit nicer to match the rest of the house but I believe the pictures on the listing are accurate and we expected that. Beds were comfortable and location was great.

Second year for renting this house which says a lot since we love to rent different homes each year. This is so perfect for families, the porch is a great for the kids to play while parents have Happy Hour or prepare dinner. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need including a Lily Pad!!! Beach chairs, scooters, fire pit, games, tennis racquets, etc. Something for everyone. Bonus with window AC units in the second floor bedrooms since they are always a little warmer. As a grandparent I loved the large bedroom with twin beds & a queen as I stayed with the kids and we loved our nightly chit chats. The location is the BEST! Steps to pool, beach, tennis courts, and snack shack.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to call home for a couple of days. Great location near pool, fishing dock and lake and lake Michigan beach. Loved sitting out front and watching all the folks walk by. Would do it again.

This charming house was perfect for our family. OUTSIDE: We loved sitting out front and watching the families heading to and from the beach while our grandson was napping. S'mores were a wonderful treat in the evening around the campfire. Location was perfect - close to the beach but not right at the entrance and near the pool but not within hearing distance. House has an outdoor shower which is necessary after playing with grandson in the sand and it also comes with a wagon which made taking everything to the beach so much easier! INSIDE: Everything was neat and clean, up-to-date and spacious. Downstairs bedroom had a king bed and attached bathroom and was down a hallway from the living room so stayed pretty quiet. There was also another downstair bathroom and laundry as well as roomy living room, kitchen (a little tight but definitely workable) and large dining table. Screened in porch was a great place to keep all of our beach stuff and still have room to sit or play. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a shared bath. We had an issue when we arrived with the air conditioner not wanting to stay on cooling but when we called, maintenance was there in less than 5 minutes and had it fixed within the hour - great customer service. Highly recommend this house, this neighborhood, this rental company!

The community is awesome. It really is an ideal place for families with young kids. So much to do. The only issue I have is with the condition of the house. The furniture is dirty and the whole needed a good cleaning. At some point, property owners who rent their houses will need to spend the money to get new furniture, clean bedding, etc... After years of rentals, the houses are not in very good condition and for what it costs to rent a house for a week the expectation is nicer accommodations.

This property is very cute, perfect location on Main Street in the Beachwalk neighborhood. Kids loved that it was a bright pink house. There were great beach chairs, toys, and a huge lily pad which made our 11 year olds’ entire trip special! The only 2 minor issues were that the place wasn’t ready until about 45 min after check in which isn’t bad but with 4 kids after a 5 hour drive, it was tough to hold them back and there were ants in the kitchen (not many, but I saw them). Mattress in BR on main floor isn’t super great and can get hot in one of the BR upstairs. Else, it was clean, easy access, cute place, lots of room, open floor plan on main, good parking, good neighborhood, TV in each room. Screened in porch is awesome as are balconies. Everyone said they’d come back!
