Perfect location, accessible to all you need, beach are few steps, there are walking distance Big C if you need to buy something, walking distance to the night bars, downstairs a lot of restaurants. Staff are accommodating. Excellent kitchen facilities, you can cook whenever you need.

Clean , quiet, really friendly staff

Room was clean and tidy. Netflix and YouTube was free once I got the tv going. Good aircon. Restaurant food is good.

I booked a standard room but found it was dark and dingy. 40 stairs to my 3rd floor room that an ashtray provided but the room had no window or balcony 🤷🏽‍♀️ I requested an upgrade with balcony and was charged double the amount of standard room. Balcony is easily accessible by neighbouring room. Decor is dark and pretty old. The electric kettle didn’t turn off automatically and sparked when disconnected. I had to ask for coffee cups and provide my own coffee/tea milk and sugar. No soap provided and shower has no curtain, making showering difficult. Bed and pillows were too firm for me. Safe deposit box didn’t work but master key is supplied with room key. Hotel is above Thai restaurant and staff do their best to have you eat there every time you pass through. Walls are thin and noise from next room and stairwell is quite loud.

The location of the accommodation is absolutely ideal. Nightlife, shops, food nearby. Beautiful beach across the road. The staff was nice, helpful.

The equipment of the room was not the latest, but due to the price perfectly adequate.We came to explore so the accommodation served us quite well. Who is looking for the comfort of a 5 hotel must look elsewhere :)

Awesome location! Could see Patong Beach from our balcony. Staff super friendly and beds were comfy.

The only negative was that there's no elevator... But it wasn't a problem :-)

The service was so perfectly form the staff and really there's one guy his name ram his so active guy and ready to help you for everything I want to say about this guy name ram his great and treat as like brothers I wish the best for him also the location was so perfect thanks for all staff and also the food so good I wish always best for this hotel and also for our brother ram all the best in his work because really his doing his work form his heart thank you so much ram god bless him ram
