The staff were absolutely incredible, very hospitable and made sure that our stay was perfect.

The WiFi singal in our room was not great but that was sorted out for us.

Kristall Suites are at a beautiful and clean sandy beach with private sun beds and umbrellas (included for free). The apartment was spacious, had everything we needed and was cleaned every day. The owners were extremely nice and helpful. It's very conveniently located, near a few grocery and souvenir shops, and just a few bus stops from Chania and a short drive from other beautiful places (we explored Rethymno, Seitan Limania Beach, Balos and Preveli).

Everything was perfect - honestly can't think of anything.

Everything about Kristall Suites was exceptional. It has a lovely atmosphere around the place. Everywhere is spotless clean, the room has everything you need for your stay there. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing. I cannot express enough how wonderful this place really was.

We stayed here 5 nights, my husband, myself and our baby daughter. I can say we felt like home, Mary and her mother are so nice, the most welcoming hosts. The property is right on the beach with its own beach area, the room had amazing sea view and it was very clean, equipped with everything you need. Our stay was very comfortable here and definitely we will be back here for our next trip to Crete. When we left I had the feeling I say goodbye to some old friends not to the property management. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We loved everything. It was not perfect but it was perfect for us.

Some plugs were a little unstable and one was in reach of our child. Some lights were not working but we got by with the rest.

Beautiful place with very friendly, and helpful hosts. Located just next to the beach, with two large trees giving a nice shade in the middle of the day. The sea view apartment was roomy, comfortable, and very clean. For a stay with two little kids it was just perfect. We would definitely like to come back here again :)

All services nearby: restaurants, small supermarkets, car rentals, bus stop (not only) to Chania. We were there on two stays - the second one was in a smaller apartment, but there was perfect possibility to sitting in atrium or direct on the beach. It was a really fantastic stay. We will be very happy to return there! :-)

Great people, the room service was perfect, the room was great with AC and a balcony. The hotel is just few meters from the beach and you have your own sunbed with sunshade. Lots of restaurants and markets just down the street. Greatly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is directly adjacent to a sandy beach equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Owners/administrators are very helpful and welcoming. In the inner yard there are nice tables to chill in the shade during the day, also the shape of the building somehow helps the sea breeze to blow through the yard which makes it even more pleasant. Shops with everything essential for vacation are within 5-10 min walking.

Not the hotel's fault, but the small studio room's windows are facing the street, may be a bit too loud for some people's liking, would not recommend.

Friendly owners and staff. Extremally close to a sandy beach (15-20m from a room door). No additional costs for being near the sea.

Location is perfect for exploring west Crete. Amazing beach right on your doorstep with a lovely view. It is also very quite. The villa is very well looked after, room cleaning everyday, tidy and beautiful garden. Amazing owners. You can tell that they are passionate about maintaining an amazing property.

Wifi in some areas of our room was not the best

All around Chania you will find kind and helpfull people. Hotel, bus, supermarket, everyone is willing to help and answer any questions. Kristall Suites has an amazing location - right on the beach with a homey feeling. The owners and the staff are doing a great job. The place was cleaned every day, towels, bed sheets every 2 days. The bus station is only 50 meters away and takes you to KTEL main station, really close to the Venetian Harbour. Supermarkets in 2 minutes walk. For a bigger supermarket, Sinka, you would need to take a bus, as it is located at the entrance in Chania. Sunbeds, umbrella are available on the beach at no extra cost. During our stay not all the hotels, restaurants were opened, but still you could find quite a few places were you could eat. Kristall Suites, Chania, Crete surely deserve a comeback.

Beach is public but feels like private to the hotel. Lovely view to the sea. Very nice host. Pleasant space outside the rooms to stay around and enjoy the breeze

The location was perfect for exploring west Crete with a car. The room was beautiful, with a breathtaking view and a 10 second walk to the beach. Couldn’t ask for more! Perfect for us - a couple ages 26 staying for 11 days.

Everything was perfect, the facilities, the treatment of Anastasia and Maria !!! Beautiful people, we will try to return someday. thank you very very much
