The house was clean, daily room service with fresh towels daily. The staff was friendly and accommodating for the rest I needed. Breakfast was nice loved the starters(pancakes and fruitssss) Wifi stayed on and water was hot everytime I needed to shower. Great stay indeed

I thought the pool was available as seeen on pics but it was not. Maybe a disclaimer to let guests know that pool currently not in use. It was green. I really wanted to swim on the trip though even though it was raining 2 days the last 2 were warm enough for a dip🥹

I communicated to Zeena that upon arriving hom and going through my handbag, I noticed that I had money missing which I had kept in the side pocket inside the bag. She said she’d get back to me and never did and until I made they call and didn’t pick up my call but instead wrote this: “Good day Sivuyisiwe, I trust you are well. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take any allegation of this nature very seriously and have discussed the matter with our staff. At this stage, we have not found any evidence to support the allegation. Our establishment has been operating for over 10 years with the same team, and we have consistently maintained a positive track record with both local and international guests. Please be assured that we remain committed to maintaining a professional and trustworthy environment for all our guests. In light of the circumstances and to avoid any further discomfort on either side, we believe it may be best that future bookings be made elsewhere. We wish you all the best going forward. Warm Regards Zeena” No accountability whatsoever, as a guest I clearly shouldn’t have communicated this because to their eyes I am lying. It’s not even about the money but the principle. Please be very careful when booking at this establishment.
