Service to beach area too slow , if you ordered relatively cheap things such as coke or coffee they ought to forget .

Das freundliche Personal, der Stil der Anlage und die Einrichtung der Zimmer. Die Hausdame Maryness, die immer vor Ort war und sich bei Problemen sofort gekümmert hat❤️🫶🏻

Die Organisation im Restaurant. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber alles war etwas unorganisiert. Die Cocktailbar schloss um 22Uhr und man wurde praktisch rausgeschmissen. Im Urlaub setzt man sich doch gerne auch mal länger hin und es gibt auch keine Alternativen. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Zumal wir in der Hauptreisezeit dort waren. Etwas genervt hat auch , dass Liegen auch an nicht Hotelgäste vergeben wurden. Zeitweise lagen Hotelfremde vor den Liegen. Manchmal sogar dazwischen.

Great customer service, the staff at the restaurant were very helpful and friendly specially Joshua and Boniphaso. Maryness was always talking to customers, getting feedback and solving any questions or inquiries. Japhet and Paulo in the beach lounge area were always attending customer request in a timely manner, they were great and always happy to help. They all were very friendly, attentive and welcoming. They made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I like everything.

They don't charge for card use. There are restaurants and supermarkets and an ATM nearby in walking distance. And a pharmacy. The prices in the bar and restaurant are fair Great location for the beach and sunset. The swimming area is safe and there is some nice snorkelling there.  Please don't be like all the other eejits and pick up the starfish... they can not breathe out of the water.  

This is not an environmentally friendly hotel, and service can be poor. You get 2 small bottles of single use plastic drinking water each day.   I was to prevented from filling my own bottle at breakfast.   It's been a long time since we stayed in a hotel that did not offer guests complimentary water refills 24/7.   They also changed the towels every day, even when we said every 3 days was enough.  The bathroom toiletries are the tiny throw-away bottles and are replenished every day even when you haven't finished them.  We were in a room on the lower level of the hotel,  so it was not far from the beach.   But,  that meant that we were woken by music at the shisha bar at 7am.   The room was gigantic, but it doesn't make use of the space with storage solutions or even a few hooks. The fans with the bathroom.  The bed was large and comfortable.  Tea and coffee are in the room,  but were not replenished in our week long stay. Service is poor.  At the beach,  the food takes a long time to arrive and quite often the drinks don't materialise.  The moment the sunsets,  they need your bed mat, and you need to hand in the towels.   There is little room for relaxing with a cocktail watching the sky colours change until dark.  Also,  on the Swahili night, the staff were taking away tables whilst the Maasi show was still on, and the evening was meant to run for another hour.   Again,  we requested a drink on three separate occasions and they didn't arrive.   The food however that night was fantastic.  Breakfast is OK.  You feel very much un trusted, though. You have to ask for coffee,  you can't choose your own fruit or pastries.  It's all just a bit odd.   And,  don't expect water bottle filling. WiFi is terrible, and you often need a new login. They could maybe invest in more sunbeds and shades.  there is a shortage. We would definitely not stay here again
