Everything was just perfect. The location, the accommodations, the equipments. The host was very kind and helpful.

Whole situation with this apartment was disaster - first host speaks only French, and that is very problematic if you have any questions. Then you have extra costs which can't be found when you reserve apartment - bed linen and towels are 20 EUR extra / per person. Also you have costs of final cleaning - 70 EUR, also not mentioned anywhere. Payment method for bed linen and towels is - leave me money on the table when you are leaving?!?! Wi-fi wasn't working and they couldn't repair that for 4 days while we were in the apartment. Doors for the terrace are not working well, so sometimes you can go out, but sometimes they are just locked and you can't do anything about that. Apartment is new and big, but everything else is not worth.

Fantastic location. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen

Location is great for easy access to main gondola, shops, bars, restuarants, bus stops and free parking. The apartment is clean, warm, bright, easy to manage and comfortable. All the appliances we needed were there. Boot and ski locker in basement via lift is really useful.

A light in the boot and ski locker would be good.

Our Stay was in late Jan 2020. A really nice apartment in Chantemerle, Ideally located for a skiing holiday – We caught a Linkbus transport from Turin airport and the bus dropped us off 300m from the apartment, an easy walk. We were a little early but the host met us within 10 mins of us calling his mobile, so that was great. The apartment is on the second floor, access via a lift, so that was easy. There is a secure boot room for skis etc. The apartment is a nice Skiing type apartment and has everything you could need, including a Nespresso style coffee machine, so take coffee pods. One double room and one room with four bunk beds, so I would say it sleeps 4-6 comfortably. Its also nice and warm. Good wifi signal too. The best thing is its location, it is literally less than 1 minute walk to the Ski lift, Ski hire shop and Ski pass location in Chantemerle. So, it couldn’t be easier to go skiing, and just across the street from a fantastic Patisserie Boulangerie for your morning Baguette and croissants… If you hire your skis and boots from Sport2000 in Chantemerle you can leave them back in the shop each night, which makes life even easier, as you can ski up to the back door of the shop. Towels and bed linen are not included in the standard price, but the hosts can provide them at an additional cost, we just took our own, we also avoided a cleaning charge at the end of our stay, by cleaning up ourselves- not a problem. Over all a great place to stay and perfect for skiing Chantemerle. Merci Beaucoup Aurelie. :-)

Well I didn't like having to take a 500 Euro damage deposit in Cash. It wasn't a problem as the hosts gladly returned the money at the end of the stay, but I did have the currency conversion cost from Sterling to Euros, and back again, which is annoying, and 500 Euro is a lot of money anyway.. I guess they are not set up to take a credit card type guarantee, perhaps they could take the deposit in Sterling ? That at least would save the conversion changes...
