Hosts were prompt in their communication and we were able to collect our keys from the Pizza Shop downstairs as we didn't have access to SMS in order to enable our digital keys. The location is great, only a short stroll from St Sava Church which is a great place to start your exploration of Belgrade. The apartment was recently renovated, well appointed and surprisingly quiet, considering location was right on Slavija roundabout. Beds were really comfortable and we really enjoyed our sleep in after our long journey.

The room was a dream. Except for the fact its on the third floor and trekking up and down the stairs with luggage is a challenge. Inside however, its very well appointed and host had nice touches like coffee and tea and bottled waters available. Additionally there is a dishwasher and fridge and basics like plates and cutlery. However, there no cooking surface so maybe those things are for take-out meals? Anyways, they are pluses.

The host was straight-forward but the "air-key" was a little confusing to understand if you are not familiar with the process. It may be beneficial to have a visual "instruction" for guests so they better understand what the access procedure is.

This was our first stay at Slavija Fontana Lux Apartments, and we had a wonderful experience. The purpose of our trip to Belgrade was dental tourism, and the location of the apartment was absolutely perfect for us. It is very conveniently situated in the city center, with excellent public transport connections nearby. Our dental clinic was literally just across the street, only about a minute’s walk away, which made our stay especially comfortable. We had no problems at all with check-in or with the electronic key — everything was easy and straightforward. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the mattress, which was extremely comfortable. A good night’s sleep was very important to us during this trip, and we slept wonderfully here. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and the staff were kind and helpful as well. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, we could always ask the staff at the pizzeria downstairs, which was very convenient. The breakfasts were generous and delicious. We especially recommend the burger and the egg sandwiches — we really enjoyed them! The fact that coffee was not included with breakfast was not a problem for us at all. Following recommendations from other reviews, we simply got our morning coffee from McDonald’s, which is located directly across the street.

Erst dachten wir "OMG", das ist ja von einem FastFood Restaurant, aber dann war es dort sehr gut - gute Qualität, was uns sehr positiv stimmte.

Geruch vor der Wohnung ist nicht so dolle, aber in der Wohnung selbst riecht man nichts. Der Gerucht kommt von der umliegenden Gastro.
