The rooms could have a coffee table to make it easier to eat in the room. Ordered breakfast in the room but took an hour to deliver it.

Really bad experience. I’ve stayed in Bloom before in various cities and they’ve never disappointed but the staff and cleanliness here in Ahmedabad was just so bad. It was so disappointing to be paying for a 4 star property only to wait for an hour with ignorant staff with rude attitude and then to see dirty sheets. The staff were not professional neither welcoming.

The location was great and the rooms were very spacious. The in-room dining food is awesome (except idli, which was hard as a stone).

The access card to the room kept deactivating every now and then and we had to keep going down to get it reset which was annoying! The housekeeping was tardy, they kept missing items like hand towels, bath mats each day.
