The layout of the flat was perfect for a family. Lots of space with the combined kitchen, dining and living areas. Location was super convenient for trains, trams and buses as well as Beeston's shops and cafes.
The kitchen could have been a little cleaner. We raised this with the manager/owner who explained that the cleaner was new, so assume this will be fixed. This would not stop us booking again.

Well appointed and modern with thoughtful extras like the tea/coffee station, washing machine. The bed was very comfortable and everything was in good working order in the bathroom and kitchen. It was spotlessly clean and plenty of supplies left to keep it so. It is also very well situated for walking to shopping, bus and tram, and the train station. It is in a quiet location with quiet neighbors. Dealing with the agent Katrina was easy and a pleasure.

The host is super friendly and welcoming. The accommodation feels like a home, offering all the essentials, which is a huge plus compared to a hotel!
The apartment is great, but one downside is the stairs - it's on the 2nd floor, so we have to climb up with our luggage. Otherwise, it's a great space, just a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage. However, I think it is very common in the UK.

Plenty of choices for coffee and tea in the apartment, as well as biscuits and snacks. Excellent communication with owner. Wonderfully clear directions for getting into apartment. Beautiful furnishings. Everything very clean and signage helpful. Generous supplies.
Can't think of anything--except perhaps a sign on the door for refuse bins. We walked past it a couple of times, thinking we had to walk a "city block" rather than just to the end of the building!
It was actually very well organized and easy to use.
