We had a really bad experience. Once we reached, the staff demanded that we pay extra over and above the price defined by Booking.com. We were made to wait outside while we tried to contact customer care which was of no use at all. The staff were very rude and took advantage of our desperate situation to demand more money. We finally had no choice and gave in since we had already travelled for a long time. Once we checked in, we found the rooms were average at best. Drinking water and toiletries were not provided and the cleanliness was highly questionable. Definitely not going back there again.

Did not get accomodation

Need to be more convenient for guests. No assistance provided with luggages. No nearby hotel or restaurant.There were three floors and we had place all the heavy bags by ourselves.

Facilities were very minimal, not satisfied.

The room we stayed was very clean with nice comfy bed and sturdy wardrobe. I liked the room interiors as they are of good quality materials. Bathroom is fitted with geyser and rightly sized. TV worked fine. Didnt need the AC for the weather. Front office manager was very accommodative as we requested for an extension of another day and he could make arrangements despite being a bisy weekend.

There are no toiletries provided and water bottles were provided after we had asked. No dustbins inside the hotel itself and the reason given was to maintain hygiene within the rooms. Thats ironical though dustbins serve the very purpose of keeping the surroundings clean. Well there are dustbins just near the gate. Not much of room service options as there is hardly any staff available in the hotel except a lady. Wifi has no coverage inside the rooms so not much of use unless you are gonna need them.in corridors.
