Martin was more than accommodating! Very genuine and down to earth. The property is amazing!I wished I had booked more days!Just make sure that when you book the property, you have a vehicle to navigate the area so you can enjoy all of the fun activities.

The staff could use some training very bad attitude seem like they didn’t want to be there

We drove 6 hours to come here and the pictures do not even look how this place is. First of all, glass everywhere and garbage all outside of the property. It was disgusting. 2nd of all it stated washing machine, dryer and it hasn’t even been hooked up. Also dishwasher was broken. It would of been nice to be notified about this before hand. We only had 6 bath towels for a 4 night stay with no washer or dryer. Also bathroom was leaking when it was raining. All indoor pools where closed and hot tub. Very disappointed. Cabinet was broke. Hockey table and ping pong ball was broken too. Kids were disappointed. The owner was in contact about these issues and should was good about getting back to us but we should of been notified things didn’t work before hand. The driveway was extremely dangerous too. Glass all over from solar lights and no one picked anything up. I totally understand everything with Covid 19 but we were looking for a nice relaxing stay and the pictures looked beautiful but in reality they were not.
