We came to Rehoboth for a fall wedding. This house is great. Well appointed, clean, modern kitchen/bathrooms and decor. There are two porches - one in front and one in back - that we used often. We had two dogs and there are two sets of doors in front and back so no chance a dog could run out of the house. Across the street is a park with a dog path that our dogs loved. Took them there every day for a good 15:00 loop. We will definitely rent there again. Great parking space - enough for 5 cars easily.

We enjoyed the house. Love that the bedrooms are split (two on one side, two on the other). The back porch was our main hangout area. The kitchen is large with lots of storage but awkward to cook in. The stove and sink have a large island that separates them, so difficult (especially with a 2 and 4 year old under foot) to get from the stove to the sink. It is after summer, so maybe things are given a good cleaning after this but the place had dirty lampshades and the was a large hairball in one of the bedroom. Overall, though, it was a great place and we would consider staying, again.

We had ten people (ages 1-70) stay in this home for a week vacation and it suited everyone perfectly! The table and back porch allowed us to enjoy family time & dinners without running out of room. Super convenient location. Kim was awesome to work with!

Had a lovely spring break week with our multigenerational family. The layout of the home was perfect for kids and parents on one side of the house and grandparents on the other. The home was clean and well appointed with cooking supplies. Location was a quick walk through the park to Rehoboth Ave. Loved the large screened porch on the back of the home. Perfect spot to read and have your morning coffee. Listing and photos were accurate.

This property was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. It was walking distance from the main street in town, had a beautiful kitchen for cooking and was spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped at all. Would definitely go back again.

The house was perfect for our family and pet. It was clean and spacious. It was centrally located, and accommodating. The screened in porch in front was great for shoe drop off and the shower in back was great for after beach. We have stayed here for the past two years and enjoyed our stay. Kim was very helpful in booking and even delivered some needed kitchen stuff on the same day that it was requested.

This is a lovely property in a perfect location to walk to restaurants, beach and shopping. We loved the layout of the house as everyone could have the privacy of a bedroom and share a large common area. The screened in rear patio was definitely a popular spot for us. We had a few minor house issues but Liz and Sam were quick to respond and resolve. Thank you for having us!

My family loved our stay at this home! We have been vacationing in Rehoboth Beach for years and this was the cleanest house that we have ever rented. The home comfortably accommodated our four adults and four kids, the front porch was great for storing our beach gear, and the large back porch was a perfect hang out spot. The owner and Gallo also allowed an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this rental.

Columbia Ave is a busier road FYI- more for families with small children. Not an issue for us.

The house looked better in person then in the pictures! The layout worked beautifully for out family. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather in April and took full advantage of the screened in porch! It's very easy to walk to everything in Rehoboth. My only problem with the location is there are no sidewalks. We had small children who had brought their bikes and it just wasn't safe. After lots of walks we realized there are no sidewalks in this part of Rehoboth. Everything else was perfect!

I would have loved to give this home a 5-star rating. The house was great. However, only after booking it were we informed that the do not provide linens for the bed and if we wanted them it would be an astronomical price (IMO) if we wanted them. Certainly a shock and the first VRBO home we ever booked that wanted extra after booking. They also have no keyless entry on the property so be prepared to have to go to the real estate office and pick them up and drop them off when you leave. Not a big deal but in this day and age, you would think a small investment in a keyless entry would be worth it to not inconvenience your guests.
The location of the house was great, close enough to walk to the beach or boardwalk.

The dining room and kitchen are part of an open floor plan, which made it perfect to have family meals (- and have our "offices" set up , for any zoom meetings that couldn't avoid). We especially loved relaxing on the screened in porch - that was where we spent most of our time! The location is lovely, and quiet, with plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location, more available parking and larger lots size vs southern part of Rehoboth, good value and pet friendly. A bit of traffic but only during mid-day. Comfortable stay and would recommend.

Last minute getaway
Solid property over all very roomy. Place was completely not cleaned when we arrived. From bathrooms to pots and pans. Realtor was very responsive, but given Covid we were promised a deep cleaning would be done prior to arrival.
Neighbors behind the property were very loud and obnoxious when asked to keep it down after midnight.
If kids will be staying I would mention street is very busy.
Again, over all you are at the beach and it worked out. Just a little rocky in a few spots.

June 2017 Stay
This is our second year staying at 95 Columbia and we love the house. It is the perfect size for our family and has all the modern updates and conveniences. Our pups have plenty of room and like being across the street from the woods with trails to explore.
