Cleanliness

Hotel did not provide mineral water. No value for money. Too expensive from non ac room rent perspective

The location

No food arrangements.no hot water disrupted wi fi no medicine no cleaning of rooms

Location is good. Cleanliness is good.

Breakfast was not available. Ideally whenever breakfast is included in any accommodation facility. Unlimited Breakfast with Multiple options is offered. Here we could get only 3 Fix Plates, Sourced from outside. So you need to ascertain with Hotels, how they are going to offer it. It was waste of Money for us including breakfast in package. No Play area for Kids.

Rooms and washrooms are very good , also staffs are cooperative.

Breakfast need to be have some more menus apart from bread and poha, no arrangement for six seater car to roam in lonavala
