Very nice breakfast. Room was large with a desk and sofa -- even had a walk-in closet!
Son would have liked complimentary water and free snacks at check-in.

It was clean and inviting, and the bathroom was very luxurious. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was large and had a lot of options, and the hotel is situated within walking distance of several small restaurants.
The room was very dark, even with all of the lamps on. Maybe one bright light option would be nice.

I didn’t care for the door on the bathroom because when the light is on in there, it lights up the room through the door, which makes it hard for someone who still wants to sleep.
There could be more hooks in the bathroom.

No extra sheets or blankets in the room for the pullout bed which was very inconvenient

Everyone on staff - every one - was beyond friendly and always looking to take it one step further. Went to ask if I could take my breakfast to my room, and the nice young lady at the front desk said yes AND noticed I didn't have silverware so she offered some right there! Room was amazing and best bathroom in a hotel I ever had.
I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

The woman that did my check in was very kind and friendly. She asked where in the building I would prefer my room. I have never been given that option before.
When I booked it I thought it was a bit spendy. But after the stay I believe it was worth the extra cost. I would stay again if I am in the area.

The rooms were nice and updated. Comfy beds. Hot running water. Good customer service. I ran out of towels and toilet paper and the staff came up fast and gave them to us.
There were kids running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night. My infant couldn't sleep because of all the noise from the hallway. I heard people talking in the hallway late at night.

Nice breakfast and the trundle bed was great for our grandkids.
We were given Three sets of towels for a four people and were left no bedding for the trundle bed - had to ask for it.

We liked how it was decorated, We liked how the room was set up with the swivel Tv.
The water tastes terrible which is probably not entirely the hotels fault. There wasn't a vending machine on the floor we saw so we could buy water. Maybe you could supply a few bottles of water.
