Room size was good, all very clean, good location and very comfy beds - friendly staff Think we would have had a better stay if we had a different room

Initially difficult to find & somewhere to park, finally found their car park spots but said we couldn’t park there even though there were multiple free spaces. Unfortunately had a poor nights sleep which has ultimately led to the downgrade of review score. Our room was right next to the lift which was noisy with people coming and going in both the night and early in the morning. Walls/door very thin so woke us up every time. Housekeeping also starting hoovering very early, again, very loud. Our AC unit also sounded like a giant fish tank for some reason, too warm to turn off so again, more disturbance through the night. Didn’t use the coffee pods in the room but was surprised at check out when they asked if we had, there was no sign to say they were not complimentary.

Short but pleasant stay at hotel. Great location in old town. Parking next door. Sad to miss the breakfast due to early check out. Wish we’d been able to stay a few more nights.

- Before check-out time, we were asked 3 times when we are planning to leave, and the cleaning ladies were very unpleasant. One of them even entered our room few minutes before check-out, without knocking, even though she knew we are still there… When we told the receptioninst about it, we had an impression that this is normal behaviour for them. - One room was significatnly nicer than the other. - Our room was located in a separate building, 5min away from the reception and the main building. We were not aware of this when booking. It might be problem for someone because it’s in pedestrian zone and no help with luggage is offered.
