A nice place for a very reasonable price. It totally lived up to my expectations.

The soundproofing is terrible, but that's to be expected. There isn't any decent soap or shampoo, but there's a 7-Eleven within walking distance where you can buy everything you need.

Breakfast was basic. Toast and coffee and some cereals. I loved the setting next to the canal, watching fish splash while sipping your morning coffee, occasionally a water monitor would clamber out on the opposite bank and waddle along to a nest to feed its offspring. Locals fish in the canal and along the walkway aunties and uncles would come out of their homes and have their meals and congregate to chat, The area was well-kept and clean and everyone was always ready to greet.

there was nothing that i didn't like because it was an immersive experience into the lifestyle of the few families along the canal.

Breakfast - The breakfast was disappointing, as the options were very limited, mainly consisting of bread and tea every day. On some occasions, the bread was stale. Location - The location was fairly good and convenient.

Reception/Customer Service - The receptionist was extremely rude and did not demonstrate good customer-care skills. The attitude and manner of communication were very disappointing. Room Condition - The room was in poor condition and felt very stuffy. During the night, part of the ceiling fell down, which was extremely concerning and made me feel unsafe. Room Cleaning -Throughout my entire stay, my room was not cleaned at all. I had to clean the room myself, which was unacceptable, especially considering the length of my stay. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, particularly because of the poor customer service, inadequate housekeeping, poor breakfast, and, most importantly, the serious safety issue involving the ceiling. I strongly recommend that management address these concerns and improve the standards of maintenance, housekeeping, food service, and customer care.
