Very friendly staff. Just had to look around and search for someone as there was no one at reception. Love a self check-in, so maybe something that could be considered. Also loved the location.
There is no space in the bathroom to put anything, not even a toothbrush and the water didn't drain so the entire bathroom was flooded with water. Perhaps you can also make a deal with the restaurant that people that stay at your facility can use their pool.

Great little aparment complex with everything you need and very close to the beach (5min walk). The host was great and any question or request we had was fulfilled. Complex doesn't have its own pool, but you are free to use the neighboring hotel's pool if you buy something from the bar. 10/10 for us

We spent 12 days at Flisvos Beach Apartments and had a wonderful stay. The location is unbeatable—literally 100 meters from sandy Vrissi Beach and an easy walk to the Protaras main street's tavernas and bars. While the apartments were on the cozy side, they were incredibly comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our hosts were wonderfully attentive, arranging a seamless late-night airport transfer and effortless self-check-in, along with sharing great local tips. We highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!
Our apartments didn't have coffee makers, but that wasn't an issue at all since several nearby cafés offered plenty of great options.
