We enjoyed our stay at this place. The quality-price ratio was really good. The house was well positioned, in Ortigia center, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and to touristic objectives.
The place was clean and it smelled nice. We didn't have problem with the hot water as there is a water boiler in the apartament.
The terrace was the main reason that we booked this place but we didn't use it because it was really hot in the day and in the evening you couldn't stay there because of the food smell coming from the restaurant below.
Other than that, because the apartament is at the top floor it can get very hot inside. When the AC was on, it was ok, but once you turned it off it got really hot, especially at night.

La posizione, l'atmosfera dell'appartamento si torna indietro nel tempo dal momento che passi il portone d'entrata. Pulito, fresco ,silenzioso, con materassi buoni, abbiamo dormito benissimo
