I like the way that the property was situated in a calm neighbourhood. It was a small compact room for a short stay.

The host could have been more welcoming. Can provide drinking water and other basic amenities.

I booked a single room and given the price it was good. The room size is decent enough. Also has one cupboard, one bed, and one chair. A small window is also present in the room but it's not of much use. The common area has a kitchen with some utensils, a water purifier, and even a fridge. The owner is super friendly, helpful, and always available for anything you might require. The location is great. Quiet in the night and almost everything available at walking distance. All in all a great value for money and surely recommendable.

The bathroom however was a bit small and congested but it's ok. Not a deal breaker though. The parking is also not that abundant. The owner owns a car and the porch can accommodate three cars. If cars are parked, parking bikes become a problem.

There were too many red ants in the washroom, they didn’t bite,but was scary

We liked the comfortable bed, the hot shower, and the sunlight coming through the window in the morning. Most of all we liked the location: a nice area with a little hangout place with a choice of cafes less than 10 minutes walk away.

After the lovely morning light it was a little dark in the room later in the day. The room faces the street so there was some traffic noise during the day, thankfully not at night so we still got a good sleep.

Worth every penny. Host gave us a lot of tips and is really friendly. Room is clean but don't forget your own towels and toiletries.
