Location of the resort was excellent.

There was no maintenance in the resort completely unclean rooms and lobby. Towels had smell and bedsheets were not cleaned properly. Only 1 attendant was there who was trying his best but had a very difficult time attending so many guests. The breakfast was disappointing and no options for foods were provided. It was very difficult staying there with children. Complete wastage of money nothing was good here except the location.

Food was not ready on time. Looks like inexperienced staff. No daily room cleaning. Lacks cleanliness. The bed sheet and pillows looked like a used one.

The garden lacks in collection of colourful 💐 plants & cactus 🌵......need to be improved. Not to be taken as dislike but the family photos will be enchanting with above add on. .

Breakfast was yummy. Very tasty. Location is bang near the lake and city centre. But thankfully the noise didn’t affect the property. The staff is very friendly (mr Sundar,Mr Pandi,Saravanan ,Sethupathi). They cook excellent and also are very friendly

The rooms could be better maintained . The door handle is faulty, beds are pretty old, bathroom tap was loose at the base and rotating. For the price it could have been better maintained. I found out that the price i got at booking.Com turned out to be 2 k costlier.
