Friendliness of staff and interaction

Not anything I can think off

The host was so welcoming and staff are very friendly

Tha breakfast was delicious

Never ate breakfast because of the late meal times Room had a fireplace - good ambiance when cold

No WiFi Access Road very bad Poor check in times Far from restaurants

The scenery was refreshing.

The room we were allocated had a musty smell, and they tried to explain the smell but I don’t think it is acceptable to have people stay in that room. The bed was bad, the one side was falling in and squeaking. We also had to kill some cockroaches which was disturbing. We stayed for the first night, the following day the room had no natural light, it was too dark, we had to keep light on. The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory, it looked like the room is not used but then why were we allocated such a room. The kettle in the room had a lid that is not closing we had to babysit the kettle when it is boiling since it won’t auto switch off. The breakfast was just okay. We had booked for 3 nights but 2 nights was enough we checked out early because it was uncomfortable.
