Place was infested with cockroaches , both dead and alive.So many we had to leave early. Lost a day visiting with family. Someone knew the situation because the were roach bates everywhere. Notafide manager with no concern or refund.

Nice location if you're staying in Pinehurst. Really nice view of the back nine of Pinehurst number 3 which was enjoyable in the mornings.

This unit has a beautiful view and is well updated. Beds were super comfy. We wished the fridge had an ice maker. The outside stairs are very steep and not the best choice for older people, like my friend, especially with luggage. Good place to stay and quiet

The rental agency moved us to this unit after our initial unit on Pinehurst number 3 (Pine Valley condos) had the A/C go out. House was nice and well kept, and the response from the rental agency moving us was appreciated

Short walk to the Cradle and No.2 is a huge bonus; Outdoor deck could have been much cleaner as it was caked in pollen. Upgrading fridge to include ice maker would be bonus. Contacted management company to get early checkin and never got a return call or email.

Nice place, pretty quiet, although there was a group of young adults who came in that were pretty noisy until about 12:30 1 night.
The space is clean and well decorated and set up to accommodate your group.

We enjoyed our weekend stay! The property was conveniently located near the Fair Barn for the wedding we were attending. It's a short drive into downtown Southern Pines and Pinehurst as well. This place has everything you need and is very comfortable. It was relaxing sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course. We will definitely keep it on the list for our next trip to Pinehurst!

We enjoyed the close proximity to the golf course and downtown pinehurst. The listing was in line with the property, no issues at all.

We had a nice stay. The property was clean however there was quite a bit of construction on the exterior of the units. The railing on the deck was a bit wobbly.
