I really liked the direct communication with owners. My room was very nice, although the floor is a little bit cold. Room has very convenient entrance and I was felt safe in this room. It has good isolation so you will not hear noise from the street.
Even in booking it is written that property has an parking it is not parking for everyone and it is based on first come and pay first serve. Safe was not working, and even owner said in whatsapp message someone will come and resolve, no one came at the end.
Regardless all those, if I will go to F1 weekend next year, this will be my first pick.

Very close the Race track. The breakfast was good and filling. The staff were very nice and friendly, as well as helpful.
The entry door to our building was sticky and clunky when trying to open and close it. This made it very loud when anyone entered the building.

Easy to get in - instructions delivered on time. Free bottled water in the room. Room furnished with all essentials and enough towels. Room heating worked well. Good breakfast and friendly breakfast staff. They have a smallish parking space in the back of the hotel but after I took a look, I chose to park on the street as I was towing a car trailer and there was plenty of space.
Hotel is directly on the main road going to the circuit - which means there is regular traffic coming by, even late into the night. They did supply bedside earplugs. Fortunately with the windows closed I didn’t need them. It’s too bad they closed their restaurant. Even the nearby corner Pizzeria (normally a reliable place for a good meal) was closed (on a Tuesday night).
