Excellent location, a few minutes' walk from local shops and restaurants, a bit more from the city center. Pleasant neighborhood with the river flowing practically under the balcony. Two separate rooms, enough space. New furniture, equipment and fittings, maximum cleanliness. Perfect wifi. A pleasant stay indeed.

There were no bedside lamps or table lamps, only the ceiling lights. These failed to make a nice ambiente, especially because of the cool white LED bulbs. We did not spend too much time at home, so this was not disturbing, but if you want to write, cook or have dinner at home, this might be a concern. Also, on the map it looks like it's very close to the AUBG Campus. Well, it is, but it's on the other side of the river. To cross it you will have to walk to one of the two bridges nearby.

Clean, brand new apartment in a new block of flats. Good location, next to a restaurant by the river which was also nice and cosy, serving good food.

Difficult to find. The GPS location took us to the American University which is across the river. But the host came with their car to show us to the apartment. The parking slot in the basement is difficult to reach (by an elevator) and the space is small. Not recommended for bigger cars.

The location was easy to reach and the host welcomed us right away when we arrived, although it was quite late in the night. The apartment had everything you need, clean and quite. The building is new and the apartment has a modern look and feel.

The property has a great location, especially when you are staying with kids. There is a skate park right infront, the river valley is passing next to the building. The flat is spacious and bright, the beds are very comfortable, there is a baby crib available. I recommend this place and would stay again there. The host is very kind and react quickly upon request.

It is good idea to have coffe machine in the flat, although there is a coffee shop right next to the building and it is not such a problem.

Exceptioanl location, near park area and the river that crosses the town, with cafes, restaurants and children playground near by, perfect for a run in the morning, very clean, brand new appartment. Parking lot right next to the building.
