Easy access close to everything

The room we had was right on the street so very noisy.

Good location in heart of Psyrri*. Spacious, clean and quiet room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff.

Decor / black & dark in the bathroom. Zero view. *Psyrri - is a vibrant tourist area, with a gritty edge. Advise people to study it this neighborhood vibe is good for them. We enjoyed it for a few days. Was a little nervous with full keyless entry and limited times with any staff on premises. Someone was careless closing the main entry door one day. But no troubles .

That I got the same code on my first stay as I did on a my second stay.

The position was okay, near the city center of Monastiraki. The place was tidy and clean enough. UPDATE: I had a very positive experience with the Guest Experience team.

There was no furniture, nowhere to put the suitcases, not even a simple hook for the towels. I think my room was probably the worst one in the whole property. The room door opened directly onto the street, there were no windows that could be opened, and the door was poorly insulated, so you could hear all the noise from outside. Without earplugs, it was impossible to sleep peacefully. The shower door would not stay closed, and the water in the sink drained very slowly. UPDATE: the Guest Experience team contacted me directly to better understand my concerns. I appreciated their openness, the attention given to my feedback, and their willingness to address the issues raised. They also offered compensation for the inconveniences experienced.
