Returning customer, so I knew what to expect
Good downtown location, with supermarket right across the street
Large terrace with distant sea view
No-lift 4th floor: travel light!
Spartan cooking facilities: keep cooking to a minimum

The vast wraparound terrace, offering also a shaded corner to enjoy the summer evening (I suppose), and affording a view of the sea in the distance
Silent enough for being downtown
The stars leading to the 4th floor apartment, since there is no lift
The bathroom is dark and quite small, and the light is really too dim to be of any use; this requires the door to be kept open while showering, causing overspill in the vintage kitchenette
