ibis budget Wrocław Południe

Clean and nice hotel. Good for a comfortable budget stay. The location was also okay, few minutes away from tram/bus stop connecting to the center within 15 minutes.

No enough electric sockets in the room as I found only 1. There should be at least something near the bed.

Die Freundlichkeit

Das Frühstück hätte etwas leckerer sein können

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. I really appreciated their helpful attitude and their readiness to assist with any questions. I also liked the breakfast; it offered a nice variety of items, and everything I tried was pretty good and freshly prepared.

The place itself left much to be desired. My first room had a very strong odor, and there was no soap in the bathroom; the dispenser was completely empty. I asked the staff to fix this; they couldn’t, so they gave me a new room. The second room also had almost no soap, though there was just enough for a quick shower, and it too had a strange smell. The WiFi was also unusable for remote meetings. I had better luck using my own phone as a hotspot. Overall, I don’t really recommend this hotel, especially considering that the hotel next door, which is part of the same chain, is similarly priced but of a noticeably better standard.
