-The apartment is comfortable,similar to the photos posted. -located in a quiet area but at the same time 1 minute walking to main road -staff at reception were very kind and helpful -1 minute walking to the beach where you can find several restaurants and caffes

-no Air Condition in the living room -the A C in the bedroom was badly- located facing the bed. -10 minutes equivalent to 1.5 km to Alanya centrum where you can find most shops and lively nightlife

The location was nice, close to the beach and the addition of the pool, and the set-up of the hotel reception hall was very cozy & welcoming.

If they had checked the AC before renting out a room would have made our visit much better. We hade to spend two nights with no AC. Which in that heat, was honeslty not the best experience.

We booked a room for 2 people and it was VERY big. It had 2 balconies and 2 rooms. The location was also nice. It is 15 minutes walking to the main city attractions and 5 minutes to the sea.

The only problem in the room was smell. Somebody was smoking nearby and the smell were coming into our room through the hood in the bathroom.

That’s amazing and very comfortable. Staff speaks English and overall are very nice and pleasant. My room was super big and cozy, you have everything like in apartment. It’s definitely worth to visit

The shower's water was so cold. There was no blanket and when we asked the reception, he just had one! The Wifi is not reliable at all. Every few minutes it get disconnected. We were lucky because we just booked for one night!

Price and quality of services is great.

Location is super good, nice area with local people, normal life without turist-tricks, good pool. Cats and a big dog running around. Good staff. This is just the best hotel for us and we will come back🥰

EVERYTHING. I’m not a fussy person and have stayed in hostels etc and this is gross. The evening staff were trying to keep my passport and cards for the duration of the stay and as I refused to leave my id and bank cards with strangers for my entire duration of the stay, I was then treated appallingly as pay back it seems. I requested the room to be cleaned 4 times and nothing happened. They have painted the walls white and put new curtains up. Apart from that everything is falling apart. Doors are moldy. The floors leave all your feet and socks black as have never been cleaned. loud parties and staff who just sit around smoking and drinking in the hut in the garden, where these men sit looking at girls in and out the pool all day and hog all the WiFi bandwidth downstairs streaming movies than working

Price related with quality. Close to beach. Calm district. I recomend to stay ar QUEEN APART

Room facilities did not correspond those listed on booking. There were no stove, electric kettle, tableware in the room. Room furniture was different from that shown on photos. The table was very small. No shelves in the bath and in the wardrobe. Noisy. Strong hookah smell from the yard. Bad Wi-Fi. Staff didn’t want to solve anything. No room cleaning for a whole week.
