UN PISO MARAVILLOSO , IMPECABLE POR DONDE SE LO MIRA , SOLO UN DETALLE QUE NO ENCONTRE O NO LO VI EN LA PROPIEDAD , AIRE ACONDICIONADO , EN ESTE CASO NO HACIA CALOR PERO MAS ADELANTE SEGURO QUE SI Y SERIA NECESARIO , SOLO UN COMENTARIO TODO , TODO EL RESTO 10 PUNTOS

Location is unbeatable and perfect for the old town, the beach and the best restaurants and bars that Gros has to offer. Apartment was modern, clean and really well equipped. Free wifi was excellent and loved having the smart tv. Communication from the agency was excellent before and during the stay.
The lift didn't work properly on arrival as was very old and temperamental which put us off using it at all during our stay. As the apartment is up 8 flights of stairs this wasn't ideal. There was a lot of noise early morning and late evenings from the adjoining apartment and from the one above. Not the fault of the hosts at all but soundproofing could maybe be better

Buena ubicacion, muy cerca del Kursaal.
Mucha restauración cerca. Apartamento amplio, limpio y moderno.

"Very well appointed apartment in a fantastic location in the Gros district. 4th floor with an elevator. Clearly refurbished to a great standard. The bonus of 2 bathrooms suited us. Ideal for a family ..."
