It was quiet, it was a good location for the walk up to Alpe De Siusi, it was very clean, the breakfast was lovely.
Tea/coffee and kettle facilities in the room would have been a nice touch. There wasn’t often someone on the desk and no response to message sent to host through booking.com

Great location. Very clean room
Amenities were scarce. Don’t expect Kleenex or tissue paper. Only one body lotion per person was offered on our first night. It was never replaced.
While breakfast was acceptable, it wasn’t what I expected for the price paid. Our flight was cancelled and we checked in close to midnight. Someone had to get out of bed to let us in. Totally appreciated the location but an uncomfortable situation in the end.

Great location to explore and hike the Dolomites, although up a steep hill from the downtown area of Ortisei. Room was really nice, everything was very clean, and it had its own balcony.
Staff was super friendly and informative. I was allowed to check in early when asked.
Breakfast was really amazing! From eggs to cold cuts and cheese to yogurt to fresh fruit to pastries and bread, could not ask for more.
I would stay here again.
While rooms were great, you could hear everything from other guests, each time they used the bathroom and even make out conversations clearly.
The last day I checked out at 4am and they would not provide a simple breakfast to me like has been done in the past at other hotels/B&Bs.

The view from the room. Close to town c entre, but most of the hotels/apartments in Ortisi are close to the town centre anyway.
The manager wasn't that willing to help, he was grumpy when we asked him to help with the luggage up to third floor ( there is no lift, we are 74 and my knees need operation soon). When we could not make the safe operate, he gave us a look of contempt as he had to walk up to the top floor, then he blamed us not opening the bathroom window. This hotel is the only hotel where no ventilation fan is installed in the bathroom. The walk up to the hotel is very steep though not a long climb.

"Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und niedlich. Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral gelegen (direkt an der Seilbahnstation für die Seiser Alm und Seceda.) Frühstück war auch super"
