We love the property, especially the location, the tiki bar area, Casa Calabria (food, staff, entertainment), beach area.
In the living area, the area rugs were a trip hazard. Would not lie flat and had a couple of holes in it. We actually had a couple of falls because of the bulkiness. Would suggest that be replaced with something smaller and safer.

It was perfect for our family.
Plenty of space for 4 adults and a baby.
We loved having a pool, the beach, a tiki bar/restaurant and an Italian restaurant all on the property.
We had no complaints.

Loved being at the beach and ate at the tiki bar often. Walking distance to Lauderdale By The Sea! Large bedrooms!
Property overlooked the parking lot. We could hear doors slamming and people talking quite a bit.
Several hairs on floor, rugs throughout :(
Orange couch not comfortable and worn.
Dishwasher wasn't installed and so we couldn't open one drawer.
Hard time regulating a/c in Master and the "3rd bedroom" is not really a bedroom.
