The house is located in a quiet area and has a yard, enough for parking the cars and also has a nice garden with fruit and vegetables. The rooms are spatious and well equipped with everything. The wifi is very good. The house has lovely terracees for romantic mornings and evenings. Mrs. Mani is very kind and hospitable. She had prepared delicious cake and fresh fruits from her garden. The house was cleaned every day.
We had a perfect vacation and definitely want to go there again.

Everything is as it should be. For sure we will come back again next year if we will find a free spot. Mani is one of the greatest hosts that I’ve met!!!

Our stay at Petra Houses was really nice. Meni is an amazing and friendly host, making us feel right at home. Once we arrived at the location, she offered us cake and other natural, tasty sweets. The house itself is really clean, nicely decorated and filled with every utility you could ever need. Additionally, there is a garden from which you can pluck fresh vegetables, free of charge. Another great advantage is the fact that each house on the property has its own parking spot.
We will definitely return here in our future holidays on Thassos.

First of all I have to emphasize the quality of the owner.
Mani is a very kind and well-prepared person and she
manages to give you everything you need.
The property is a very good location for everyone who
is looking for a quiet place, with a lot of appliances you
need and not so far away from the beach.
I recommend it!

Wonderful place. Stone-based house, noise isolation, privacy for the terrace.
Ms. Mani, the owner, is a great, very kind person. She offered us tomatoes from the garden, fresh eggs from her chicken (she has in a different location), jam prepared by her, but also many good advises and kind words.

We really enjoyed our stay with Petra houses. We particularly appreciated the garden and the quiet location. The houses were equipped with everything you need in case you want to have breakfast or prepare something quick. Very clean and new. The host is a sweetheart nice lady that did everything to enaure we are having a good time 🤩 Thank you, Mani ! ♥️ We will come back for sure 🤓

That’s the second time we come to Meni! if you want to fill like at home, that is the best choice! The host will treat you like a family and do the best you feel comfortable.
We stayed in 2 floored apartment - every floor has its own AC, but due to balconies on both sides - they are not needed at night - breeze is very pleasant.
The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a stay. Meni brought us eggs, self made cake, fruits and vegetables; the salt, coffee and all such kitchen staff were there for us.
Barbecue and the garden were for our disposal. Balconies were the perfect place for a rest after the hot day.
The apartments are situated near the see and city center, but it’s very quietly there with no traffic.
Meni, thank you very much for your kind heart and hospitality. We do hope to come back next years to your wonderful place!

We were impressed by the Petra Houses itself and the warm welcome and care of the landlady Meni. The great introduction to the house was topped by the full refrigerator with peaches, grapes, eggs from our own chickens, wine and water. Coffee and tea were available and a home-baked cake was on the table as a welcome. Even in the bathroom everything was there that you need. Requests were met immediately, such as a topper for the mattress that is too hard for us "older people". The eggs never ran out and every day there were new delicacies from Meni, such as tomatoes from their own garden, homemade jam, etc. We felt very comfortable with this nice landlady and the whole family. The house was very clean and tidy with modern furniture. It was very quiet and only a five to ten minute walk from shops, restaurants (the best for us: Taverne Irene), the town center and the beach. You should be cat-friendly on the island and around the house. They have been to us too.
We will be back definitely! Thanks for everything Meni!

The place was very beautiful, we are alone with the beautiful garden, old olive tree and cats(because was pandemy). The host was so kindly and give us all we need. We liked very much!
