Sima Hotel Kuta Lombok

Very large hotel. Deluxe room was excellent. Overlooking garden. 2 pools. On Main Street of Kuta. Breakfast was very good.

Brilliant hotel with so many amenities and right on the Kuta strip stones throw away from everything - staff are really nice and helpful - hotels facilities are excellent also

Great location near bars cafes and restaurants whilst still feeling calm and relaxing. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Sukron who helped me when I was unwell.

The location of the hotel is very good. It has two very nice pools with plenty of sun during the day.

The room floor kept on feeling dirty eventhough it was cleaned everyday. Also the toilet and shower had a loads of mold. The toilet was leaking all the time. The shower was really poor. The towels were really old and worn down. Also, we had a situation where our room could not be opened by our keycard. The staff came to help quickly but could not fix it. It took them over 3 hours o fix the lock of the door. We were offered a free cocktail but just wanted a soft drink which was not possible strangely. Eventhough the staff was very helpful, I do feel we should have received some sort of compensation for the inconvenience.
