We were able to open the doors and hear the ocean at night! This unit was so clean and stocked with everything we needed including an in unit washer/dryer as well as reserved covered parking. The sound of the waves made for a great night's sleep, and the stairs to the beach are right next to the unit. There is no direct view of the beach from the unit, because of the berm at the edge of the bluff, so I didn't spend much time on the deck. But the proximity to the stairs made it super easy to get a beach walk in each day. The management company was very helpful. They also loaned out beach necessities, like chairs and umbrellas.
