The Guys that work in this Hotel were really Nice and kind and friendly specially Javier,He was really Nice and Helpful.

Food and Elevator The food was not tasty at all and Elevator was small and old version, one time after breakfast ,We were stuck in the elevator for 10 to 15 minutes and the elevator was not working .

I love the location

My biggest complain is related with the hotel policy related with the Housekeeping. I stayed there for 3 nights and they did not clean the room properly, for example Day 1 I use a glass to prepare some coffee and until the last day they didn’t change the glass and did not clean it. The hotel is ranked as a 4 stars hotel so you expect a better attention for them. Another think that I want to talk about is about the sanitary water, I don’t know what happened but it was salty the whole time, it was a real disgusting experience to brush your teeth.

Everything was great, hotel and rooms were clean, the stuff was amazing and helpful in every way. If there was some inconvenience or problem they solved it with no complications immediately. The surrounding was also very quiet and peaceful. Food in restaurant was brilliant. My and friends loved it so much, that we will definitely come again! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable. Totally recommend! 10/10
