The Louie Hotel New Orleans, Belvilla District 6 Formerly Sonder

Very nice and clean place. Actually the best place I stayed in a long time.

Having to pay for parking.

Location is superb, very clean and comfortable beds. Very spacious and well laid out. Very secure and safe.

Was given the wrong code for entry so at first was stuck in the hallway. No coffee even though there was a coffee machine. The washer drier was full. Hard to find towels.

Good location ❤️

Couldn't figure out how to lock the door to the room and Couldn't lock my door to the bathroom ??

The room and bathroom was clean and well maintained.

There was no clear signage that I was in the right place. The mat out front had the old name on it. There was no real lighting outside, the entry way was dark. There was no one actually on site to help you. My apartment door was standing open when I got there. None of the other tenants were there. The rooms were not labeled appropriately, my booking said my room number was 1AE, it was actually 1-5 (apartment 1 room 5). I had to call the customer service number to clear that up and the person never even confirmed I was the booking party they just gave me the information and offered the lock code.
