Close to the centre
No balcony fridge went off due to key from the door to turn electric on

The property is in an excellent location. Very close to the old town and the waterfront and also right next to the parks. There is a great coffee shop right next to the property and several more within a short walk. The bed is a king size too, which is great.
The only issue I would mention is that the terrace has lots of air con units on it and so can be quite noisy with the doors open, so I didn't really sit out there much.

Location is perfect, right beside the old town within walking distance of everything you want to see.

The location was very good
Definitely not a 4 star! Although we asked to check-in early, we were told check-in was at 2PM. We had to ask for instructions on how to get in. We watched as the room was finished being cleaned, but the sink did not drain properly, and the cleaning person was aware of this. Yes, breakfast was offered, but we had to walk 500 meters to get it.

"Sauber, neue Bäder und zentrale Lage. Für eine Zadar Städtereise empfehlenswert! Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Check-in ist einfach und das Personal sehr bemüht, freundlich und unkompliziert."
