Immaculate apartments in an amazing location with great facilities. Paul and Cameron were amazing hosts, they accomodated our early check in and were so good offering support and advice for our 3 children, who have ASD and ADHD. Free WIFI and access to their Netflix account. Really good setup and the kids are looking forward to their next stay. Thank you

Good heating system, comfy beds , spacious and amazing big TV on the wall with Netflix etc.

The toilet near the rim wasn't clean, there was no shower gel left in the dispenser, so couldn't have a proper shower when I needed to and had to go buy some- with a two-year toddler in tow, this isn't the easiest thing to do ! ( I stayed in the property before, so didn't bring shower gel etc) I thought the price was very high for the time of year.

WiFi was a bit slow but not a huge issue and parking was difficult although there is a cheap pay and display 2 mins walk away

Excellent stay. Good communication and the room was clean, comfortable and has some lovely touches like tea/coffee and biscuits. We would highly recommend.

I've been in Derry several times but this is by far the best accomodation we stayed in. The host was super kind, the room was absolutely goregeous and within walking distance from everything. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. We will definitely come back again.

The apartment was very comfortable spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. It had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were really comfortable and we didn't hear a sound. Well worth a visit excellent value for money would highly recommend and are looking forward to returning

The suites are lovely and airy and clean, the location was superb. There was an issue with late night revellers,however tbis was dealt with very efficiently,. I would definitely stay here again and have no issue recommending to anyone.

the chocolate biscuits and the tea, coffee, hot chocolate, excellent options. The bathroom was so good. The sheets were extremely soft and comfortable. Great wifi and netflix was available which made me so happy.

Cutlery drawer and certain cutlery/mugs were a wee bit dirty looking, still used them however. There was cleaning supplies if you could be bothered to clean the things you aren't happy with.

I booked with my friends to stay there to write an exam, and infat all of us were excited about the place.

Just that we needed to search for food to buy but we found some nearby.

We stayed at the James suite apartments for two nights. We absolutely loved it here, it was spotlessly clean & very contemporary. The host on duty Cameron was lovely, he checked on us to make sure we had enough towels, coffee & tea etc. It really was home from home, internet, 50” screen too, my daughters were able to watch Netflix. The owners also accommodated my brother and his wife at last minute for one night, they were also pleasantly surprised at how lovely their apartment was. Central to all shops, museums, cafe, restaurants, public transport links. I will definitely be returning to stay at James Suit apartments as we were made so welcome. Other members of our family plan to book there in the future too.
