I liked the Owner's behavior and the location.

Rooms are clean and comfortable

We have spoken to the staff about our late arrival online and they have assured us someone would be there to greet us and check us in. When pur transport was running late, i have kept them updated of our arrival, before the original time of arrival. When we arrived there was noone anywhere, we were calling them and messaging them, without luck for about 40 minutes at night. After this time and about 20 phone calls, someone finally picked up to let us in to our room. We told them we need to check out at 7.30 in the morning, and made sure someone would be there to take the payments. Again there was noone tk be found anywhere, then again after about 10 minutes of consistent calling, someone showed up to take our payment. If you have other options, i recommend going with that.

Management was not at all good ..

The rooms are very dirty especially the washroom. It is a very uncomfortable place to stay, no facilities provided for the money you are paying also they collected more amount than the amount given in the booking.com site. Also the behaviour of the proprietor is very bad and insulting (at the time of check in the behaviour was very good). You don’t have any options for breakfast, it is just one dish provided, if you want you can have otherwise no other option.

Location and proximity to the beach is good. Breakfast was Okay. A/C was working as expected. Since there were no front desk, we checked out from the resort with assumption that the payment will apply automatically to my credit card but it was not the case. The manager was very courteous to call us and bring the hotel bill to our location for the payment.

The rooms were dusty and the dust was on the curtain and the sides of the windows, Most of us were sneezing and coughing in the night from the dust. We heard the noise of Rats or Cats running over the ceiling and that disturbed our sleep. Windows nets at the non AC rooms were loose and Mosquitos were sneaking into the rooms through the broken nets. There was heavy bad smell outside of the rooms. and so on.
