The accommodation is located in a beautiful neighborhood in the historic center of Nizwa, and the fortress is within walking distance.
The place was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. What we enjoyed the most was the rooftop terrace, which was a wonderful place to relax and take in the atmosphere of the old city.

Cleanliness and tidiness, also the bottle water was available all the time. Property is historical place, and the location is amazing.

Staying here was a fantastic experience. The property is beautifully historic and has been decorated with such care and taste. It truly feels like you are stepping back in time but with all the modern comforts you need. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the traditional design makes it one of the nicest places we stayed in Oman.
There was honestly nothing to dislike. The stay was smooth from start to finish, and the historic charm of the building more than made up for any minor quirks one might expect from an older, traditional property. Everything was just as we hoped it would be.

Location is great, very central, you can walk to the goat market (and basically everything). Very authentic and cute.
Bathroom is seperate from the room and both are rather small. We were in a room next to the street and you can hear everybody walk and talk, earbuds recommended. Apart from that perfectly fine for 1 or 2 nights!
