We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and we had the most perfect stay and experience. The cozy glass igloo and the snowy landscape is such a perfect combination. We enjoyed the quiet arctic night at the same time felt so close to nature. The staff were kind, helpful and amazing. We were also given welcome drinks. The breakfast is fantastic. Their little cafe/ restaurant is such a vibe. The price you pay for this stay is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend.

The bed is very spacious but there’s not enough space if you bring too many luggages. We used the space in the toilet to keep baby’s stroller. The igloo can only be accessed by taxi from Ruka village so better have everything you need before coming to the igloo as there will be no shops around.

Amazing view of the snowy forest from the cabin. The location was even better than we imagined and you could see it all just laying on the enormous bed!

The bathroom was basic and there was no space at all in the room (you cannot keep 2 luggages open together). But the overall experience was great! ***The google maps location is wrong, beware!

2 things can be improved: - a daily make-up of the room (not necessarily new bed sheets, but just a quick make-up) including the replacement of dirty dishes with clean ones would have been appreciated - the window of the bathroom is useless (can't be opened and does not bring much light into the cabin) BUT it is a bit disappointing at night when your neighbors let the light on and you cannot enjoy a real dark night > maybe you could cover the windows at least in winter to avoid light disturbances

breakfast was poor, the meal at the restaurant was disappointing (3 dishes which had been prepared elsewhere and not freshly cooked upon ordering), no slippers, no amenities (except an one for all dispenser in the bathroom)

The views from the room ofcourse :-). A very good breakfast. Walking on the walking trail around the property with snowshoes and walking sticks provided by the hotel. Great staff.

Nothing really. Just that the room is small but can't complain about it. Everything else compensated the space :-)

stunning! right by a quiet lake with great views (and northern lights). enjoyed a peaceful campfire by the lake which was warm and lovely. the igloo was beautifully designed, clean and comfortable. staff were lovely. would stay again.

We had one of the most private huts, the location is stunning and super quiet! The view was amazing and the whole hut is small but well designed, with the huge comfortable bed taking nearly half the space. It was stylish, clean, warm and truly relaxing. The breakfast was not excessive but of very high quality. On top of that they use mostly local resources ( friendly staff as well as food, bed linen, cutlery etc.) and green energy, which they shouldn't be shy about promoting :) As pets are welcome, too, we'll be back with our dog some day in summer.

Minor details, such as the fridge not being fully cold, and the bar having delicious drinks but very limited food options - as there are no cooking options in the hut, that would be a nice extra to be added in the future.

Location is good, 10 minutes drive from Ruka center. Very nice view from the window and nice personnel. Bed is huge and very comfy. Room was very warm. Pets accepted and easy to facilitate in the room.

Breakfast was not rich. No eggs nor bacon, basically no warm food. Curtains in the room only cover half the window, not sure how people would be able to sleep here in summer time. Neighbor room could be watched from ours.

This place is really magical. The view from the cabin is simply stunning, with snow covered trees and a frozen lake in front of you, it's a pleasure to just sit there and chill in complete silence. The cabin is small but amazingly cozy, the bed is huge and super comfortable, the bathroom is large enough and the floor heating allows it to dry up quickly after showering. The reception building with the bar and restaurant is really beautiful and warm and the staff is great and always kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, they serve a lot of local products we enjoyed every morning. The bread they serve is out of this world, one of the best bread I have ever eaten in my life. We only tried the soups and a couple of cocktails at the restaurant and they all satisfied our tastes, the soups were abundant and incredibly tasty. Totally recommended for taking a relaxing break in the nature of wonderful Lapland.

Very cozy pods with great view! We stayed in one of the best pods with the most privacy and a nice view of the forest and lake in the background.

Breakfast was super good! Reindeers extra bonus. Check-in process really simple.

The breakfast was good, had nice variety with bread, egg, greens etc. and it felt pampering to have them delivered to the igloo door! I really liked that there was a coffee machine with free coffee in the igloo kitchen, so we could start the day with good coffee even though we woke up before the breakfast came in. The location is great with tranquillity!

Parking is quite far from the igloos. You can drive to the igloo to unload luggage, but it would have felt safer to have the car nearer the igloo.
