Karl Holiday Bungalow

We had an absolutely incredible time here at Karl’s. The hotel is located right by the beach and has a very nice pool. The manager speaks perfect English, and while the others don’t they are still very sweet and helpful. The location is quiet and feels secluded when you are on the inside. The shower includes hot water and good water pressure.

WiFi is not great, but good for Sri Lankan standards. There’s not a lot to do in the area, but if you want a relaxing holiday that’s perfect.

The villa is very beautiful and peaceful. There is a lovely, clean swimming pool. I stayed at the villa outside the peak tourist season; the staff were constantly cleaning, and the pool water was very clean. The owner is a kind and friendly man who is a pleasure to talk to. I recommend staying here for anyone who enjoys tranquility and a beautiful garden filled with fruit trees. It is excellent for children to play in the garden and swim. It is also perfect for couples looking for a relaxing holiday. The train station is nearby—just a short walk away—making it easy to travel to other destinations. The area where the villa is located is small and lacks other activities, but the train allows for easy travel to areas with more to do.

The bungalow was good, the territory was maintained, the staff was helpful, the pool was really great

There is no beach: rocks, garbage, strong waves, no restaurants on the beach. There is nowhere to go in the evening

lovely property located right on a beautiful beach front, the sunset was amazing super friendly host who even let us charge our electric tuk tuk free of charge which was really appreciated!
