The place is clean, the staff goes above and beyond, and the decor is jazzy and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent.

The general mgr and assistant mgr were both rude and derogatory in nature when discussing an issue with me and refused to let me talk and cut me off.

The staff was very helpful, the hotel is clean and the overall experience was more than pleasant. It had a real breakfast!

Unfortunately this hotel has ongoing issues with cars getting broken into. My husband witnessed guys stealing boxes out of one car and stole a Trailer and Buggy from another vehicle.

Breakfast was what you would expect. The lobby was clean and comfortable.

The room was filthy. There was a half an inch of dust built up on the air conditioning unit that was a nightmare for allergies, even when not in use. It was quite clear that next to the bed had not been vacuumed in a very long time. There were stains on the linens and a spider on my pillowcase. The carpet and surfaces had sticky spots. The shower temperature was nearly impossible to regulate.

Location was quiet and safe. Nice parking area and entrance. Lobby was spacious and decor nice. Breakfast was perfect with lots of choices. Room was fabulous. Very clean, beds were comfortable and decor was lovely. Staff was nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Very modern hotel, fixtures and amenities were clean and undamaged.

Hotel room office chair had crumbs and things smashed into the black woven mesh of the seat. Not sure if the bathroom had been mopped regularly with clean mop water. While the toilet was clean, the area smelled like pee, and there was hair near the base of the toilet.

The AC unit made a horrible sound and the walls are very thin. We could hear above us and around us.

The hotel it’s was great. Friendly staff, front desk lady was wonderful on our check out day, very clean, comfortable beds, breakfast was good, and it accepts cats! The main reason we booked this hotel.

There are no video surveillance cameras in the parking lot and no security. Woke up to half of everything we had in totes,tarp covering with a bungee net holding it all down, stolen! Another couple had their U-Haul truck broken into and their personal vehicle stolen! While filing out the police reports we were told this happens a lot at this hotel.  If you stay here please make sure to park in front of the main entrance.

No cameras and my vehicle and 4 others had their windows busted out and things stolen out of their vehicles.

The main area was clean and quiet when entering. The front desk person was very nice.

The bathroom vent fans cannot be turned off and it was super loud, the person above us was up all throughout the night and footsteps were very easily heard.

Well,let me see where to start.1st off I called an asked if there were stores an restaurants near by,they said yes,a big lie.2nd.lack of hot water in my shower.just enough for one person.3rd.i itched in my bed ,felt it wasn't clean sheets.very dissatisfied with my stay.for 700 dollars for 3 nights,should of been a whole lot better.will never stay there again an will not recommend it to anyone. Thanks for nothing
