Wir wurden wie schon die letzten 2 Male äußerst freundlich zund zuvorkommend empfangen. Völlig unkompliziert erfolgte die Schlüssel- und Zimmerübergabe. Uns wurden alle Einrichtungen im Haus und in der Nähe erklärt. Es gibt inzwischen sogar kostenlose Parkplätze. Diese sind fußläufig zwar etwas weiter entfernt, aber dennoch gut erreichbar.

I stay at this place for the second time. Excellent location in the very center. Great view from the window. Large selection of dishes.
Due to the proximity of restaurants, it is quite noisy in the evening. for me it was not a problem

Central position with the view of the lake and Christmas market downstairs. Close to all the places in the city and also bus stop. We arrived with our cat and it was allowed with a fee 5 eur per day. We were staying during Christmas so most of bars downstairs were closed so it was pretty quiet, i believe would be noisy in other period. The check in was very easy and fast, the host was very nice and welcoming.
Was quite cold during winter even if there was heating. The apartment probably was without the heating for a while till we arrived so it took time to warm it up. The heater itself is a bit noisy during the night. The apartment is in the center so be aware there are bars downstairs so can be noisy if they're open. We didn't have any shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom . We were staying in an apartment with balcony and it seems it has a shared door with the other apartment but luckily we didn't have neighbors during our stay.

Great location in Garda. Wonderful views of the lake from the terrace where we ate breakfast each morning.. Check in was easy. Quick walk to shops and bus station.

Location (although if you want a peacefull, quiet holiday this is not for you but we expected some noise as we have been before and know that many deliveries, street cleaning etc. happen early morning)
Could have done with a canopy or parasol on the balcony to protect from the afternoon sun as we were unable to sit out until later due to the heat. Also a bit more comfortable chairs on the balcony would have helped

the view from the apartment, location, comfy beds, effective airco, very clean, I would return there for sure
just a minor things… no tea in the kitchen, I think there should also be a set of a coffee tabs with good coffee machine, lack of soap uder the shower

The location was super central, however very noisy when windows were open. It was very clean, however no toiletries were included, so make sure to bring. I enjoyed that I had a small kitchen and LOVED the AC especially on hot days.
The bed could be softer and more comfortable.

The location is second to none waking up to a beautiful view of the lake and the locals going about their business in their fishing boats, the restaurants and bars so close to hand offering a variety of food to meet everyone's tastes, so close to the bus station to get out and about, we love Garda and all it offers
I can't say I didn't like anything but we are now older, I turn 70 this year and I found the stairs to the apartment difficult this time, we thought we had booked the apartment with a balcony but we had not,

Great location next to the Lake. Extensive choice of places to eat and drink. Very helpful owners during the booking, on arrival and while enjoying our stay. No motor vehicles allowed so no traffic noise. This is a reward for the short walk from the car park to Casa Katy.
The car park recommended was good but take note that it is closed between 22:00 and 08:00.

Newly renovated very clean apartment on the second floor. Well equipped kitchen. We wanted to stay for one more night, our friendly hostess Maria arranged another room from the same house for us.
There is no lift in the house. You have to know this if you have difficulty on the stairs.

Super! Katy and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is located right on the lake front, with shutters that open out to that incredible view. A comfortable stay with everything I needed in the apartment. Upon request, an iron was provided immediately.
I had to leave Garda.

Great location, balcony towards the harbor/lake. You get a great coffee and brioche downstairs. Food, wine, ice cream, lake, nice people ... great place to be if you know how to enjoy life apart from 4 stars hotels.

Everything great if I was a little picky the bed was hard but that is just personal preference it was a lovely place

Location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants. Very close to the lake and the view is brilliant. Took us 7 min to walk to the bus stop.
The flat is very clean and kitchen is equipped.
Internet is very slow and could not even connect to internet most of the time. It's quite inconvenient. Spoken to the staff regarding this and they promise this will be fixed over the winter time.
