Centrally located and decent Indian veg food from room service

Upon checking in, sheets were stained ,clearly not changed since last occupant, hair on floor corners, dusty,dirty balcony. We asked for room to be cleaned while we waited. Other family members room was also dusty

Clean 'good staff helping location is v.good But price is some high.

Cleanliness Facility in the room TV was not working

Hotel is good..it's near by market and yatra registration center. It's in middle of main market. Rooms and services are good. Perfect for family stay.

Only thing hotel has to improve that dinner time should get extend atleast by 1 am for people who are staying in hotel, as sometimes people come from Vaishno Devi Bhawan in night after so much walk and they serve the food till 11 pm only. So please extend the kitchen timing atleast.

Location . It is very close to yatri parchi counter. Few good restaurants are available nearby.

Cleanliness was not maintained. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed. It was smelling of sweat and looked dirty. Housekeeping not done. Maintenance was poor, seepage n broken floor panels. Soundproofing not good. All street noises could be heard inside the room. No tea/coffee kit provided despite asking. Shower was not functioning properly. Staff was not polite. Restaurant attached with the hotel is substandard. It has food of street quality and crockery was like a roadside dhaba.

The rooms were good, the facilities were nice.only thing prices are a bit expensive on the side.
