Excellent location 5 mins from the central train station. Owners are wonderful and room was clean and comfy. We stayed only 1 night and enjoyed an incredible amount of sightseeing. Subway is also nearby but we chose to walk. Restaurants and a park are outside your door. And bonus for hot days, there is ac in the rooms! Note: Small elevator available. If you have large bags you may have to make two elevator trips.

Loved the proximity to food, amenities, the train station and shops. The room was clean and nice and had everything we needed. My only ask is that a couple more pillows are given for the bed, my neck was a bit sore. I loved the common area, we stayed in 4 hotels on the trip and this was the only one that gave us easy access to a microwave and such. The staff was sweet and accommodating. All in all my husband and I loved this hotel.
Simply request the bed comes with more pillows. The ones there were a tad flat.

It was very clean and comfortable. It was also a good size of room where you could move around easily. The host was very welcoming and went through the check in process with you which was appreciative.
Did have a fridge in the room but was available in the common dining area.

My friend and I liked the room. It was clean and the room as well as the bathroom had everything we needed for our short stay in Rome.
In the summary of the B&B on booking.com is mentioned that there's an Italian buffet breakfast every morning. When we arrived at the B&B, the host told us that they don't serve breakfast anymore but that there are small things to take away like cereal and a croissant wrapped in plastic. We weren't happy about this, because we paid €152 per night which is way too much considering we didn't even get real breakfast.
If they don't serve breakfast anymore, they have to lower their price and call themselves something different than "Bed & Breakfast".
