Great customer service. We had booked 3 rooms and we were able to get the rooms close to each other.

Great value and good service. Couple in front of me was having issues checking in but the clerk seemed genuinely concerned and helpful. My check in was flawless and the stay was pleasant. Being there are no elevators, this would be heaven to my wife who is claustrophobic. Would definitely be a place i would bring family.
The only thing I would say is the clerk said there are no elevators, so not very handicap friendly

Location is ok.
Air conditioner worked mediocre and took about six hours to cool from 70 to 66, and even then it was still stuffy. Remote didn't work so I had to go the front desk and get another remote. They said they cannot provide me an invoice. I booked it through Booking.com. Booking.com told me I had to get the invoice from the hotel. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with not being able to get an invoice.
