Incomode i complicat de fer servir la cuina.

Nada. Es vergonzoso. Es la primera vez que no puedo quedarme en un hotel.

Sucio. El water negro, el colchón y almohadas sucio, la bañera se despegaban los trozos del suelo, store roto, mosquitos,no había artículos de baño, ni gel, ni champú. Toallas grises, viejas, mil veces reutilizadas. Ruido. Nos hemos ido a la 1 de la mañana, asqueados de no poder dormir. Que daño hacen las fotos en booking.

The B&B itself was lovely. Our room was more than adequate, with a full kitchen, which was appreciated. The top terrace with spas was beautiful, and had a lovely view of the castle. Check in was easy and smooth. I would definitely stay again

Okay. So. that walk!! It was relatively easy to find, but it felt like we walked up a small mountain to get there. There weren't really any shops close by that you could get to without going down to the bottom of the hill. If you have mobility issues, I don't know how you would do this. Otherwise, our stay was great. We just stopped at the shop on the way up. Oh, and they also do not have a pool. They have hot tubs on the upper deck, one warm, one cold. That's not something that bothered us, as we just wanted to cool down, so it suited the purpose.

Eclectic lodging experience. Definitely worth it if you want a private jacuzzi and don't need luxury. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Had some issues with the electric in the room, but they moved and upgraded us immediately without hassle.

no hand soap in bathroom or kitchen the check in machine is a nice touch but not great to use the touchscreen was a bit slow and awkward

The location is in the middle of the casco antiguo, beautiful but a nightmare to drive to. Boutique, but really shabby - not so chic. Friendly welcome from Carmillo even at 1am

Breakfast was Magdalena and a coffee, the room had obviously had damp problems and hadn't been painted for a few years. The shower didn't work well and could only be used by kneeling in the 'Jacuzzi' I misread the posting and thought there was parking, there really is NO parking. The streets are so narrow there is nowhere to turn round or let anyone past.

Yes the bed was comfortable but a bit small for a couple.

The breakfast is not a breakfast. They only served capsules for a couple of coffees, some juices and package cakes. If your big breakfast eaters I wouldn’t expect anything, make plans to take breakfast out anywhere. The room was damp, bath tub leaked a little we had to keep filling it up as the water wouldn’t stay in the bath.

Jacuzzi was on point, and the bed quite decent.

The breakfast is a joke, seriously is what is called common courtesy anywhere else.

Staff very friendly. Location good (a quiet part of the old town). Nice decor and relaxed vibe. Air conditioning worked well. Quite good value for money.

Quite strong smell of perfume and cigarettes with an undertone of damp. Bed didn't feel quite level. At first the idea of a jacuzzi in the room seems great but it soon becomes clear that this presents certain challenges in an old stone building, mainly managing the moisture. A dehumidifier was provided in the room, which helped, but there was no escaping the fact that the room smelled a bit damp.

Great jacuzzi area, we had the room with the Jacuzzi on the roof and it was very nice to relax there with the view of the mountain and the castle. Also very nice that they offered drinks for free in the fridge, wine, Prosecco etc. Also Coffee and some buns. The room was big and had everything you wish for. Good privacy. Definitely worth paying a little extra to go here. Wish I had booked another night.

The bed was very nice but a bit short if your tall like me.

The place opened 2 weeks before we arrived, everything new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Doors don't need keys. A/C new and very quiet. We had a small kitchen + the jacuzzi. On the roof they had another "social" jacuzzi. The led lights create a very welcoming environment. Castle 10 mins by car, walking also possible. Old town is 2 mins away. Parking is possible, (just don't enter the old town, narrow streets), 5 minutes walking, expect hills.

Some things still need fixing. Staff is working hard on making it comfortable for guests. For my wife the bed was uncomfortable (for me it was ok) Bathroom/jacuzzi is not separated of the bedroom. The A/C gets rid of the humidity. (I would suggest a wall.) Floor a bit slippery and there is a step.
